My work

Over the past 25 years, I've worked on advertising campaigns, books of all kinds, designed apps, websites, and video games, collaborated with teams both large and small, highly experienced and very young, illustrated stories and book covers, designed characters, and helped solidify countless visual identities, among other things.
Along the way, I've written hundreds of articles on art, design, and technology, many of which are buried online, and I currently write a humble newsletter: In the Cave.
I divide my activity between commercial work for clients and more personal projects —often self-initiated— in any medium in which images, words and/or interaction combine to tell stories.

In the last 5 years, I've focused particularly on exploring my work as an illustrator. I enjoy working on all kinds of projects in which illustration can provide a decisive value. This covers many areas. From offering alternative readings in editorial content to building complete narratives for books and games or helping consolidate visual identities.
Formally, my work is influenced by classic European and American comic books, animation and contemporary illustration, with an important focus on characters and the clarity and legibility of the images.
